November 4, 2013 (part II)

Hello all,

My knee is fine (he has some tendinitis), the pain level is constant at about .5-1. I feel worse after my morning workout, I am trying to build up to 100 pull ups sit ups and pushups in 1 set. It hurts. I am also trying to increase my grip strength, however, it's slow going, as you can probably guess. Oh well price I pay.

My investigators are doing well. The V---- have found a notary, at least that's what the RS pres told us, so that's one problem down. We also have started teaching R------- 3 children: A--- 17 J----, 12 and D---- 11. They all seem interested and they have a baptismal date of the 1 of Dec. YAY!!! We hope to take them to the Visitors Center on Satuday, but we'll see. The visitors center is on the temple grounds. We have standing permission to go there with investigators. So we want to take them there to hammer them with the spirit so they can KNOW that the message is true.

I did have an interview with president, where in he told me that I was "doing great. The Elders love you. I don't know what you did but they love you....Good Job." And that's about it. So I think it went well..

I don't know about transfers yet. My gut says that we won't be getting transferred yet, but we don't know, and won't until next monday. P-Day is next tuesday just a heads up.

As to my daily workout
50 sit ups
35 pushups
15 pull ups
and my grip strength is improving. I'm planning on starting protein shakes next time we go to wal-mart. it's in my area. I love it.
 
My long term goals are to do parkour and to be able to dunk so I need to get more in shape, and to do that I need muscle mass, as I don't have any fat I can afford to lose. I just hope I won't break my neck, honestly. as parkour is a bit dangerous from time to time, particularly the drops and rolls, (youtube is your friend to find out) and as to dunking, I just need to pick up about a foot foot and a quarter and I am about half way up the next when I go for it. I just need to do many many many calf raises. I do them on every doorstep and in the shower.

We are currently starting week six of the 12 week program, so I am learning how to teach lesson 3 in PMG and how to teach pray for inspriation. I don't know how to do the second one yet. The Lord does send examples to us of what we need to learn, as we learn from our own exp. that's the process. we just need to trust it. I will be half way done wiht training next sunday, ojala! Who knows where it'll go though ... I just hope I don't train in 7 weeks, I really don't want to. All I want to do is be senior companion once. The rest of the time I can be junior. I really don't care.

And yet it is good to see how I have changed, and how it matches the course I want to take in life, as no one would marry who I was, at least no one in their right mind, myself included,.
