All,
I hope y'all enjoy the pics I send earlier. I'll see if I can send more in the coming weeks.
We do Hot Cheetos HOTTER, but not that much hotter because Tapatio isn't that hot
Ya know!
I really enjoy the caution label here!
Elder Ganoe in my jacket. He went home for knee surgery, He was my ZL for 3 weeks.
Using an awl to fix the neighbors gate
An amusing text string.
Elder Pajarito (Bird) with los pajaritos (the birds) of Hna Morales
Vale Placencia shortly after her baptism. She's so adorable! She was me, as I carry that stuff normally.
I also hope that y'all are enjoying la Copa (World Cup)! USA!USA!USA! If they win Saturday they'll make it to the semis. The catch, it's alemania (Germany), the best team in the group outside the red white and blue. They'll win, I have faith.
For my part, I'm looking forward to the Gxxxxxxo baptism this week, pending their marriage Wednesday. That'll be a miracle, but I'll take it.
We're enjoying a fair bit of exito (success) in the area at the moment, although we aren't really working that much harder, we're getting better results. I really like it. Los Cxxxxxxo want to get baptized, and have a date for the 20th of July and we might be baptizing Ronald (the son's) cousin, Steve, that's not concrete yet though.
We've also restablished contact with a very promising referral who said "I'd accept you every day if you'd like." We lost contact as they had no phone and lived behind a locked gate. Yesterday we went by and we found the gate unlocked, and they now have a phone and want us to come over. Yay! They are los Cxxxxxo, Jose and Maddy. They've been going to church for the past couple months, in Torrance with relatives. We haven't seen them for the past couple weeks, and they've been reading!
On the flip side, we've dropped los Sxxxxxs, los Cxxxxxx, Jason Rxxxxxa, and several other investigators to better focus on the progressing investigators.
I
ncidently, los Sxxxxxs left yesterday for a 2 month vacation to Guatemala. what!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Two months?!?!?!?!?! That's a long time, particularly as the hno is on disability for a kidney transplant, and cancer surgery recovery.

I thank y'all for the prayers y'all offer on my behalf. I need them, as I'm running the area solo at the moment, which is very tiring. Luckily I don't have to do anything as the DL of hna except number crunch, train, and do a weekly phone call to them to see how their week went. So it's not very wearisome.
In other news, LAE is now one day a week, as no one was coming on Saturdays. The zl's wanted to cancel entirely but president felt that we shouldn't, so we didn't.
That's the week.
Be well all,
C
Elder Wilson
