My plan is to just keep on going until I figure it out. I just have to fake it until I can make it, which may be a long time in coming. I just don't know how to proceed, and it irks me, greatly. Anyway, that's life.
In news, we have a baptism on the 8th of april, YAY! Her name is jessica, and she's a carry over from last transfer, and she's finally getting wet, after waiting for a month so that her husband, whose less active, to be there. it's good to be making progress.
It rained on sunday, so I got to walk everywhere as we're out of miles, owing to needing to loan the car out to other elders in the district whose bike broke. It was very satisfying to just take it easy and walk to the appts. It was calming, you'll also be glad to know that my overcoat and umbrella both work well. they kept me dry(er).
I'm now the designated driver for my district as the other car was taken away from us, and we now have 1 car amoung 3 companionships. it's really annoying. As part of that I got to spend 2 hours in the Fashion District, more specifically in "The Alley" shopping for a watch for a missionary, even though he already has a perfectly functional watch. (It was a G-Shock, by casio) It was painful to be there.
I'll take your advice to buy whatever I need in the future myself, I just need to convince the other elders to come with me. Somehow other things always come up.
