All.

To start our presentation on hastening the work didn't really happen as people kept showing up until 8:45, when we were supposed to be leaving, as it wasn't an appointment, and most of the people didn't show up until 7:45 when we were supposed to be done eating. But, what are you going to do...

People do want to help, the problem is that they don't know how to do so, they're undirected, but that's the price we pay.

I'm reminded of a quote by elder Ballard in a mission presidents conference, the Savior wants to come, he's just waiting for us to do our part to push the work along, and we need to do our part to fulfill the words of Joseph Smith that: “The Standard of Truth has been erected; no unhallowed hand can stop the work from progressing; persecutions may rage, mobs may combine, armies may assemble, calumny may defame, but the truth of God will go forth boldly, nobly, and independent, till it has penetrated every continent, visited every clime, swept every country, and sounded in every ear, till the purposes of God shall be accomplished, and the Great Jehovah shall say the work is done”. Christ wants to come, he's waiting to come, even at the door, we just need to do our part, that of inviting others to listen.

The probability of someone getting baptized triples when a member brings the missionary someone to work with. I like those odds.

Here's the rundown of the investigators:

Jason and Becca V*** - Great, they'll get baptized on the 22nd, the day after their birthday, by their father.

Isabelle V*** - We're working through some WoW problems, and I have faith that she'll get baptized on the 22nd as well. Hna V*** says she she won't get baptized because she doesn't want to "blaspheme" and get baptized and break the commandments. She needs to take a step of faith, and break her addiction. That's why Christ came. To enable us to become as he is, that is to say perfect, 3 ne 11:48.

Andrea Q****** - An enternigator- Discussing faith and why we need it, and how it relates to the Book of Mormon, and why she "didn't get an answer"

Rosalba de L*** - She's seeing benefits from talking to us and she wants to learn more, we're just having trouble finding her

R****** - We're still waiting for her significant other, Jesus ironically enough, to come around as he doesn't want to listen to us, and he's said that the moment that they go to church, they're not family anymore. such fun times.

The S****** Kids- See above.

Isaias V******** - waiting for approval, as he didn't pass his interview for whatever reason.

That's the jungle for you. I am happy, healthy, and whole. I have no reason to complain, as I am full of hope. This place can and will turn around, I just don't know how to do it. that day will come. We are promised that whatever we ask god that's just that we believe we'll get, we'll get it. I want to change the jungle. We just need more bodies.

We will do it with faith, hope and charity. I have learned that from my mother like the Ammonite sons. We are fighting a good fight to keep the fiath, as a crown of righteousness is laid in store for those who do so.
